Book an Appointment
Start your journey by scheduling a one-on-one consultation. This can be done both whether or not you have a specific injury. We’ll discuss your health history, current concerns, and wellness goals to create a plan that fits your needs and will include injury rehab if indicated. Click the link above to start!

Comprehensive Evaluation
In your initial session — either virtual or in-person — I will conduct a thorough assessment of your strength, mobility, and overall physical health. This helps us identify problem areas and develop targeted a target program for your rehab or wellness plan development.

Personalized Follow-Up Sessions

I will work with you to improve mobility, reduce pain, and build strength. Each session is tailored to your progress, focusing on techniques such as manual therapy, corrective exercises, and injury prevention.
